Not when it is done at low pressure with a wood-safe cleaner. Damage comes from high pressure held too close to the boards.
How long before I can stain after cleaning?
Usually 48 to 72 hours of dry weather. Thicker boards and shaded decks can take longer.
Do you clean vinyl fences too?
Yes. Vinyl fences get green and black growth just like siding. We soft wash them so they look new again.
